Events don’t always need to involve thousands of people – sometimes focusing on the few, helps you to impact the many. When we got a call from the Vice President of Windows Marketing at Microsoft, we knew just what to do.
Microsoft was moving in a direction that allowed them to seek feedback from its users as they built Windows 10. We implemented a strategy at a CIO event in Madrid, Spain that would share the voices of those event attendees in a way that would make them felt heard. We travelled to Spain one week later, and in just 24 hours, had developed an impactful video for the VP’s keynote address.
- Hundreds of attendees inspired to share their experiences with Windows
- Additional video production for US customers ensued for next keynote address
